We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you get me or someone I would trust at my own home. We're a family business, so when something isn't right, it falls on us, and we handle it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.
